Llm 1 — Sean Foley

I let this one stay a little blunt. The gold moves fast, almost careless, and I didn’t correct it. It felt right that it wouldn’t “listen” to the surface beneath it. There’s a kind of impatience in the mark—like something that shows up mid-conversation and takes over.

What interested me was leaving the quieter work intact underneath. Those small marks aren’t decoration—they’re time, repetition, attention. The gold doesn’t erase them completely, but it changes how you see them. It becomes less about control and more about interference—what happens when something decisive enters a space that was already thinking for itself.
